In this webinar participants will be given practical steps and strategies to create Early Childhood spaces that are inclusive and welcoming of all newcomer children and families. 

Participants will be asked to reflect upon and consider the following: The journey (adversity, stress and trauma) The child's perspective (a new world) Cultural misunderstandings and cultural awareness Community supports and engagement Enhancing communication within ECE spaces Using a curriculum of kindness to enhance relationships

Suitable for ECE students, intermediate early care and learning professionals working with children of all ages, from infants/toddlers to school age children, including children with extra support needs.
