Multiculturalism and Diversity

This workshop will teach participants the importance of diversity, the key of definitions,
how to acknowledge, embrace, respect differences and work with families in a sensitive manner.
During this workshop participants will learn how to set up rooms, create multicultural environment for children and families,
implement multicultural materials into daily routines, acknowledge and respect differences,
understand the impact of culture on children, belief system and language to meet Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulation.
