About the event
This workshop will teach about challenging behavior, 5 areas of development (S.P.I.C.E.), the difference between development
and behavior, and the difference between guiding a child’s behavior and punishment.
During this workshop participants will learn about positive and appropriate guidance,
which helps children develop respect, self-regulation, self-confidence, sensitivity and find appropriate ways to express their wants,
needs, views and feelings. Participants will understand how important is to build loving and trusting relationships with children,
use effective communication and Guiding children’s behavior skills when working with children.
Effective Communication With ChildrenCommunicating effectively with children and families builds trusting and loving relationship with them.
During this workshop, Participants will learn about verbal and non-verbal communications, voice tone
and positive language when they communicate with children and families, how to build trusting and loving relationship with children,
effective communication and positive language as well as will learn how effective communication effect children’s development.
