Navigating the stress and stigma of a parent's substance use can be overwhelming for youth and challenging for their caregivers.

Facilitated by a registered nurse with lived experience of parental substance use stigma, 

this workshop is for caregivers who are supporting a youth who has been impacted by the stress and 

stigma of their parent's substance use and will provide information that will cover:

• how childhood stress can influence a child's perception of safety,
